RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Domestic Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days (from day of delivery) for a refund back to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. The original shoebox should be free of damage and postal labels. Final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All Appointment Only Pick Up orders must be picked up within 7 days of ordering online. If item(s) is not picked up after 7 days, order will be returned to stock and customer will be issued a credit/gift card less a 20% restocking fee subtracted from original total.

*IKLEKTIKK reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s), or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if the above terms have not been followed.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your exchange item, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item plus the shipping charge applied to the new purchase. *Exchange items are excepted within 7 days (from day of delivery)

Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks (10-14 days) from the day we receive your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted on full price merchandise that is return shipped within 15 days of delivery date. In the case of return, you will be refunded in U.S. dollars and your credit card company will exchange the currency. In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the original item(s) and sending the new item(s). All shipping charges are non-refundable. IKLEKTIKK is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For specific information regarding custom policies and fees, please contact your local customs office.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

ALL Resale, Hosiery, Bodysuits, Under Garments, Jewelry, Handbags and Accessories are final sale merchandise and cannot be returned. There are no returns or exchanges on FLASH SALE items & merchandise marked as SALE or final sale. All items purchased via APPOINTMENT ONLY are final sale.

To Request a Return AUTHORIZATION

Contact us via sales@iklektikk.com and/or phone at 248.943.5390 to request a #RA and give us reason for return/exchange. The shipping charge of your package will be deducted from your refund unless IKLEKTIKK was at fault for mis-ship or damages on the original purchase.

Please drop off your return package with the Return Shipping Label affixed to your nearest USPS / UPS drop location.

We are unable to issue return shipping labels outside of the 48 U.S. States at this time.
